Resetting your password

Forgotten your RotaProof password? How to get a reset link by email and choose a new password, and what to do if the email doesn't arrive.

  1. On the log in page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter the email address you signed up with and click Send reset link.
  3. Open the email and click the link. It works for one hour and can only be used once.
  4. Choose a new password, type it twice, and click Save new password.
  5. Log in with your new password.

Password rules

  • At least 12 characters
  • Not a common password
  • Not too similar to your name or email
  • Not only numbers
A short phrase, like three or four random words, is easy to remember and hard to guess.

No email arrived?

  • Check your junk folder.
  • Make sure you used the email address you signed up with. For privacy, we show the same message whether or not an account exists.
  • For security, only a few reset emails can be sent each hour. If you've asked several times, wait an hour and try again.
