Inspection packs
Print everything for an inspector, or download it all as one zip file.
Every plan can print the inspection pack or save it as a PDF. Downloading it with every document and the fingerprint check is on the Essential plan and above. Compare plans.
An inspection pack puts all your right-to-work records in one place, ready to show an inspector.
Opening a pack
- For your whole company: click Inspection pack in the menu. It includes everyone who hasn't left.
- For one person: open their page and click Inspection pack for [name]. This works for people who've left too.
Printing or saving as a PDF
Click Print or save as PDF. To save a PDF, choose Save as PDF as the printer.
Downloading everything
Click Download with all paperwork (.zip). You'll get one zip file containing:

evidence folder | Every document you uploaded, in a folder for each person. |
manifest.csv | A spreadsheet listing every file and whether it's unchanged since it was uploaded. |
You need to confirm your email address before you can download. It's worth downloading a pack now, just to see what an inspector would get.
