Most weeks look like the last one, so you can copy last week in one click and then change what's different. Switch to the view by person to check nobody is booked in two places at once, and see how many hours each cleaner has that week.

Proof of attendance without chasing

Cleaners clock in and out from a personal link on their phone. There's no app to install and no password to forget. When they clock in, their phone asks whether RotaProof can see their location, so you can see they were at the site. They can say no, but that's noted.

The timesheet then shows the planned shift next to the actual times. Missed clock-ins and clock-outs are flagged so you can fix them before payroll, and on the Assured plan your clients can see the attendance at their own sites through a private link, without you sending reports.

Right-to-work checks for everyone on the contract

From 1 October 2026, right-to-work checks cover more than employees. Self-employed cleaners who work on your contracts, and cleaners supplied by agencies and apps, are now in scope too. The penalty is up to £45,000 per person for a first offence.
