Two views of the same week
Cleaning rotas have two sides: every site needs covering, and every cleaner needs a sensible week. RotaProof shows the same rota both ways. The view by site lists your sites down the side and the days across the top, so an empty box is a gap. The view by person shows each cleaner's shifts and total hours for the week, so you can spot someone booked twice or doing too much.

Mistakes stopped at the rota
The most expensive rota mistake isn't a clash, it's putting someone on a shift who isn't allowed to work. From 1 October 2026 that covers self-employed and agency cleaners on your contracts too. RotaProof won't let you put anyone on a shift if their right-to-work check isn't in order.
If someone's permission runs out after they've been rota'd, the rota says so at the top of the week, names the shifts affected and links to their record, so you can sort it or put someone else on.
From rota to payroll
The rota is where the timesheet starts. Cleaners clock in and out against their shifts on their phone, the timesheet shows planned and actual times side by side, and you approve the hours and download them for payroll.
