Finding your way around
What's in the menu, what the padlocks mean, and how to take the tour again.
Everything in RotaProof is in the menu down the left of the screen. On a phone, tap the menu button (three lines) at the top right to open it.

Padlocks in the menu
A padlock next to a menu item means it isn't on your plan. You can still click it to see what it does and which plan includes it. See plans and what's included.
Your company and plan
Your company name is at the top of the menu, with your plan underneath. Click the plan name to go straight to Your plan.
The reminder bar at the top
If you haven't confirmed your email address yet, a bar at the top of the page reminds you. Until you confirm, you can look around but you can't add or change anything. See confirming your email address.
This guide explains how to use RotaProof. It isn't legal advice. For the rules themselves, the Home Office's employer's guide to right to work checks is the final word.
